THE PROCESS
Prep
Grinding and Profiling To get a concrete surface ready for coating, it's important to prepare it correctly. This involves grinding and profiling the surface to create a mechanical profile that allows for proper adhesion of the coating.
Coat
Specializing in concrete coating installation, we utilize a coating process to provide a durable and long-lasting finish for your concrete surfaces. This process involves applying a base coat, broadcasting decorative flakes (if applicable), and adding a topcoat for protection.
Top Coat
As a concrete coating installation company, we apply the topcoat to the concrete after the base coat has been fully cured. The topcoat provides a protective layer, enhances the coating's appearance, and increases its durability.

Communicate any specific instructions or considerations with our team, such as preferred entryways or security measures as well as provide a contact number where you can be reached on the installation day for any questions or unforeseen circumstances.

GARAGE SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS
110V/240V ELECTRIC NEEDED
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE APPLICATION
PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION
Please note: Your garage door will remain partially open on days of the application. The garage door will be disengaged, lowered and secured with clamps to sit just above the ground. You will need to reengage your garage door before normal use commences. If you need instructions on how to reengage your garage door please give us a call and we can walk you through it.
GFC needs 110v and 240v electric to power equipment needed during the application process. Although GFC is equipped with generators if needed we request the use of an electric on site. Hardwired electricity is more efficient, and environmentally friendly. A Dryer plug can power our equipment in need of 240v electricity.
If you would like to be present for the application, we ask that you keep yourself available all day. Although we try to stay with our planned schedule, on rare occasions we may need to alter our route. Our operations manager will call with changes to let you know when the crew is on the way. If you are not going to be present for the application please make sure we have access to the space all day.
Payment is due upon completion of application and the crew is authorized to take payment. If we do not receive payment in full within 7 days from the last day we are on site a $100 late fee will be added to your invoice and each week thereafter until full payment is received unless other arrangements have been made.
